When You have A Hammer

So I've been looking for a solution to publish my hobby works online.  As they're largely image/object cenric the idea of using something like Collective/Access or Omeka has been pretty compelling.  Now the issue I'm running into with both Collective/Access and Omeka is that the meta data is pretty structured and not subject to modification.  So what does that lead me to?  Going back to Drupal.

Yeah, I use drupal for almost everything that's got a nebulous data structure because it's really super flexible and doesn't have a fixed meta data structure. And so I'm looking to create a drupal site to house the data for my model collection.  Its difficult when you have a niche hobby and you need to track data that isnt... normal.  Drupal allows for that - more than any other CMS system.  So I'm gonna create a site using Drupal 9 for my model collection even though collective/Access and omeka are a compelling solution.
